Finally we got our first feedback last week and I was really relieved to hear that I’m on the right way. Hopefully, you have almost had the same experience. So, my next steps after working on my sentence outline was to do further research on my topic and start to rewrite my introduction and my preliminary conclusion. I'm sure you will agree with me that the beginning of writing a scholarly paper is always the hardest since one has to firstly, find an interesting topic, secondly, do a lot of research and subsequently, focus on one aspect. We all went through this process and of course we are still not done yet. But at least, now we have a framework to expand on. 

I think this was a good advice to create a sentence outline and add relevant facts including the sources. Usually I don’t use such a structured outline when writing a paper. I only note down some aspects I want to include in my work but that’s it. My ideas are coming step by step during the writing process. Therefore, I just start writing and restructure the paper when required. I know this sounds a little bit chaotic but I have never had any problems finishing a paper like that. ;)
