Hi!

During this term I want improve my writing skills in English.  I enrolled myself for four courses which are held in English in this semester and the homeworks for these courses have to be elaborated in English as well. So I was looking for an opportunity to improve my writing skills and I am convinced this course will support me.

How do I feel when I write in English? As a matter of fact, on the one hand I enjoy to be in the position to show my acquired English skills in my writings. On the other hand, my confidence starts to drop when I am at the lack of vocabulary to express myself adequatly. That is the reason why I need more time to write down my opinion or my considorations in English than in German. One thing that is very difficult for me is to transmit an objective view in my paper. I hope I can gain experience and advice concerning this matter in this course.

In this semster I want to improve the correct application of words and expand my vocabulary to establish a solid basis for future writing assessments and for the paper I am going to elaborate this term.

I hope I will be in a position to help others concerning emerging problems and I am looking forward to receiving advices to establish a adequate paper.

Hello Josef,

As we are supposed to comment on other blogs I thought I would yours would be very good. I have similar problems as you when it comes to writing in English. It take me a long time to write English texts because I have to check on vocabulary and therefore I get frustrated at some point. As it is at the moment because I'm struggling with my proposal for tomorrow So if you have any advice how to improve in that let me know.
