Revising, rethinking and rewriting my proposal

In the third meeting we got our proposals back and I was curious how it was rated and what I had to improve. All in all I think it was OK apart from the fact that it might be to narrow and I should widen it. That means not only focusing on Austria but on other leagues as well.
