Academic Writing English

Dear classmates!

In preparation for the poster presentation I have been confronted with some minor difficulties. Firstly, I intended to print the A4 mock-up on an A2 format in a facility on the university campus. Unfortunately, I discovered that it is only possible for the staff to make use of these services. Hence, I decided to print the poster on four papers with the format of A4 each and assemble them to one smooth piece. I hope that this approach will be consistent with Dr. Brewster's guidelines.

For the imminent presentation, I arranged numerous critical questions and controversial topics for discussion about the research paper. In fact, I am not sure whether my presentation takes place tomorrow or the following week. Nevertheless, the poster, more or less, ought to be im-peccable, so that the date does not matter at all.

Christian
