Introduction and Conclusion

Hello!

I read some of the posts on collarbor and I am glad that I am not the only one who does not know what to write in the conclusion!

I wrote the introduction based on the proposal, so that wasn't all that difficult. But the conclusion? How was i supposed to write that already?

Well, I ended up writing what I hoped to be the conclusion of my paper. I figured, since I already stated my thesis and I am not doing any empirical case study to prove what I propose, then my conclusion will basically consist of what I think will be the outcome of my thesis... does that make any sense???

I also added a short summary of what I 'want to discuss' in the paper - of course in past tense... 'i discussed' :)

alright, i see you later in class today!

hey,

I have quite the same problem like you - I have no idea how to write a conclusion.

I just read the material Mr. Brewster put on moodle and now I try to change my conclusion according his guidelines. I never thought that I would write a conclusion before I start with the paper. This is quite difficult as the content of the paper may change because of my researches and therefore the conclusion will be also completely different than the original one.

However, I'll write my conclusion according to what I think will be the outcome of the paper right now. I'll see if this is fine :)

See you next week!
